TELEPHONY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Using our large Asterisk IVR facility at THUS we are able to host many different services for our clients. Services may be off the shelf existing services or custom developed applications built for a low fee. We offer email reporting, and integration with MySql databases, web sites and customer APIs where necessary.

Off the shelf services include virtual receptionist, voicemail to email, call queueing, conferencing rooms, mobile divert, divert on busy or no answer, play messages with record, call recording as mp3, call announce (whisper), time of day routing, ratio/geographic divert, competitions and many other combinations. Customers may use our live prompt updating service to record new messages that are instantly available to callers.

VoxDev can provide geographic (01XX, 02XX) and non-geographic/premium rate telephone numbers (08XX,09XX) that can be pointed at your own services or your services on our platform. Assistance with ICSTIS compliance is provided.

VoxDev are also able to specify and build IVR system for installation at your own sites.
