Telephony Services
VoxDev have been developing telephony services since the beginning. From the early days of developing applications using the Dialogic C API, to using the Envox graphical application development tool, to now entirely using the Asterisk open source system.
We offer a full range of services from off the shelf applications running on our hosted platform to bespoke developed custom applications that can again be hosted by ourselves or installed on your own servers. VoxDev are a THUS reseller and our hosting platform is hosted onsite at the Thus offices in Manchester. The platform consists of 240 Digital ISDN telephone lines (8 E1s), dual server redundancy, 24/7 security, air conditioning, internet access. We also have 240 lines of capacity hosted at the AQL data centre in London. The platforms are currently handling over 250,000 minutes of inbound traffic per month.

These types of smaller applications can be set up in only a few minutes. Typically we provide our clients with an 08XX or 09XX number, or in the case of resellers we provide an underlying number for them to assign to the 08XX/09XX number given to their clients.
